EE 140, Principles of Analog and Digital
Communications
This undergraduate course covers the fundamentals of modern communication
systems. Topics include amplitude modulation, angle/frequency modulation, sampling,
pulse code modulation, principles of digital data transmission and
communication system performance in the presence of noise.

- Prerequisites: EE 105 and EE 111
- Grading: Two midterms 25% each, final 50%. Weekly
homework assignments will determine whether you move up/down or stay at
the grade calculated from the midterms and the final.
